You don't have to carry it all on your own.
Warm, culturally sensitive therapy for eldest daughters, children of immigrants, and young adults navigating stress, family pressure, and life's transitions. Faith-integrated care is available if you'd like it.

When you're the one everyone leans on
Anxiety & burnout
Racing thoughts, constant pressure to perform, and the exhaustion that comes from never feeling like you've done enough.
Family & cultural expectations
Holding responsibility as an eldest daughter or child of immigrants, and finding your own voice without losing connection to family.
Relationships & life transitions
New roles, endings, moves, and changes in relationships. Seasons where the old ways of coping stop working.
A space where you can stop holding it together
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist, and I work with young adults and adults who are used to being the capable one. They're often the first in their family to do many things, the translator, the peacemaker, the one who holds everyone together.
In our work together, my goal is for you to feel genuinely heard. From there, we work on easing stress, rebuilding self-esteem, and building patterns that feel healthier and more like you. I draw on approaches like CBT, ACT, and emotionally focused therapy, adapted to your culture, values, and faith.
